Vegetation:
         All regularly irrigated crop land is currently established alfalfa
    or alfalfa/grass mix.
         Typical crops on irrigated cropland in surrounding area are corn,
     beans, alfalfa hay, forage sorghums, millets, and sugar beets.
         Grassland is native grasses with some previously having been
     farmed and reseeded later back to grass. Grasslands are in good
     condition.

Stock Water and Domestic Water:
         Domestic water is provided by a well at the home site at the
     north end of Section 26. The septic system and associated leach
     field was installed new in 2003 with the adequate capacity for a
     5 bedroom dwelling,(installation inspected and approved by the
     Logan County Health Department).
         There are 2 livestock wells, one at the south end of Section
     26 and one centered along the west side of the SE quarter of 
     Section 25.
         All 3 wells have been recently registered.
