1974 Valley 10 Tower This is an older unit installed used in Sept. 1996 As you can see in the photos it is a clean
well kept unit. Every fall the gear box drains are pulled to drain water and every spring they are topped off with
grease. Very little water accumulates because the drops have been modified to not spray water on the tower and the
sprinkler tracks.
This is the storage/settling pond, it services both sprinkler systems.
This is the screen for the 140 acre sprinkler
30hp electric motor and pump supplies approx. 840 gpm at the tower. There
is about a 12 foot drop in elevation from the pit to the tower. Electric motor was rebuilt Sept. 2007. by
M&S Electric Motor Repair of Fort Morgan, CO. It has only been run 5 days since, that was all the water I had
left for the season.
